In India, services are delivered by Rivergate Solutions Pvt Ltd, our authorized country partner under a Memorandum of Understanding.

Applicable to: All GrowStitch interfaces — mobile applications, websites, social platforms, SaaS platform, and business management tools.

1. Overview: SaaS Platform for Boutique Management 

GrowStitch is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform built to help boutique owners, fashion businesses, and independent designers manage and grow their operations efficiently. The platform offers digital tools for order tracking, team coordination, customer communication, and performance analytics.

By using any GrowStitch interface, you agree to these terms of use. These may be updated at any time based on operational or regulatory changes. Continued use after updates signifies your acceptance.

2. Eligibility 

Only individuals or entities who can legally enter into contracts may use GrowStitch. If you are under 18 or legally incompetent as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (for Indian users) or other applicable laws, access may be restricted.

Jurisdiction for disputes:

• For Indian users — Delhi, India courts
• For global users — Dubai, U.A.E. courts

3. Registration Requirements 

To use GrowStitch, you must register and provide accurate, complete information. Registration is void where prohibited. GrowStitch may suspend or terminate your registration at its sole discretion.

4. Electronic Communication 

By using GrowStitch or contacting us digitally, you consent to receive emails, SMS, or other electronic communications from us when required.

5. Return Policy 

GrowStitch provides access to digital business tools only. There are no physical goods or services subject to returns. Any service-related issues should be addressed with the boutique or business using the platform.

6. Reviews & Feedback 

All submissions (reviews, ideas, suggestions, etc.) made on GrowStitch platforms become the property of GrowStitch. We may use, publish, or modify such content without compensation. You are responsible for the legality of the content you submit and agree not to post offensive or unlawful material.

GrowStitch may monitor or remove content at its discretion. By submitting feedback, you grant us the right to use your name and content, and you agree to fully indemnify us from any legal claims arising from your submissions.

7. Product & Pricing Accuracy 

GrowStitch aims to provide accurate service descriptions and pricing for its SaaS offerings, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to modify or cancel subscriptions and services due to such errors unless already processed.

8. SaaS Platform Access & Usage 

GrowStitch is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform to boutiques, fashion designers, and small business units for operational and business management. Key features include:

• Order and customer management
• Catalog uploads
• Team collaboration tools
• Customer communication (chat/video)
• Billing and reporting tools
• Business performance dashboards

By subscribing to GrowStitch SaaS, users agree to use the platform solely for business purposes and in accordance with local laws and licensing terms.

GrowStitch reserves the right to suspend or revoke access in case of misuse, non-payment, or breach of terms.
