2. User Eligibility

The Marketplace is intended for:

  • registered boutiques and tailoring units
  • business users and authorized representatives

By using the platform, you confirm:

  • you are legally eligible to transact
  • information provided is accurate
  • usage is for lawful purposes

GrowStitch may restrict or suspend accounts for compliance, fraud, or operational reasons.

3. Product Listings

  • product availability is subject to stock
  • images are indicative and may vary
  • specifications, color, and packaging may differ slightly
  • certain products may have MOQ, lead time, or location restrictions

Listing does not guarantee order confirmation.

GrowStitch may update or remove listings at any time.

4. Pricing & Charges

  • prices are displayed in INR
  • taxes and additional charges may apply at checkout
  • shipping or handling fees may be added

GrowStitch may:

  • correct pricing errors
  • cancel orders due to incorrect pricing
  • modify pricing at any time before confirmation

5. Order Placement & Confirmation

7. Wallet, Cashback & Credits

8. Shipping & Delivery

16. Chargebacks & Disputes

Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to suspension.
